Fibromyalgia is clearly a widespread problem.  It affects more women than men.  There are many things including exercising, stretching, healthy eating and Chiropractic that can help this problem.  There is even a link to a microorganism called Mycoplasma.  The only way to really beat this is a strict diet, lots of the right supplements to stimulate your immune system and enough aerobic exercise to oxygenate your body.  It turns out that Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy has improved Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue patients in a recent study.
